Up bright and early as this was our last day:(

I know. Really short trip.

We decided to re-do some of the walk we did yesterday – without the crowds.

We stopped off at Magnolia bakery and picked up a cupcake for later. We returned to Rockefeller Centre and this time really enjoyed the no crowd view of the skating rink and the tree.

We continued our walk along 5th Avenue and this time made it into FAO Schwartz. We also made our way to The Plaza and wandered through there before spending some time in Central Park.

We hopped on a bus and did the Uptown loop, noting all the museums we want to head back to see….

We then hustled back up town a bit and found the temple, and snapped a few more photos.

We heard it was calling for a big snow storm the next day, so decided to leave the city earlier than expected with promises to return in the spring (and many more times).

The drive home was fine for me (Zzzzzz), and McHottie did pretty darn good too:)

It was such an awesome little trip. Love just hopping in the car and going. Can’t wait to do it again.
