With Thanksgiving and life in general happening, plus not being particularly inspired by anything, I didn’t get a chance to find our quote of the week.
Josh was conducting Family Night this week, so took it upon himself to find a quote to share.
I laughed when I saw it. It is SO Josh. I love it when the kids find the quotes as it gives me a little insight into their minds:)
I love my weirdos.
Love it and couldn’t agree more with Josh. And I too love my weirdos!! π

What would life be like without the weirdness factor? So boring!
Asbolutely ADORABLE! Love that quote…it is perfect! :)-Ashley
It certainly made me smile:)

So blessed to have so many weirdos to share life with!
So much truth to this quote – and then our weirdness becomes normal!!!

He’s a pretty unique kid:)
What a cute quote! I love the idea of being in weirdness together with someone. This makes me think that it would be interesting to have a quote of the week game with the kids at dinner one night. Can you imagine what they would come up with?

My kids would be so into that! They love quotes. At the end of the year I post all our weekly quotes in the kitchen and we each pick our faves. So much to learn from a simple quote.
OH that is both HILARIOUS and precious at the same time Leah!! I soooo love that!!! My favorite quote from this post is “I love my weirdos”. TOO darn cute. π

I agree – hilarious and precious – the best mix!!
I love it! You’re owning your weirdness! It’s nice for kids to know they are accepted just for who they are–weirdness and all.

I used to sing a song to Josh at night when he was little about how I loved all the little quirky things he did (I would make up the song and list as many little things I could think of). He loved it. And still loves hearing it. I agree, kids need to feel completely accepted!
I love that Dr. Suess quote!

It is a great Dr. Seuss quote!
Love it! We should all embrace our weirdness. That’s what makes us unique!

Exactly! We want to be unique!
LOL! I love it. We should embrace our inner weirdness and celebrate when fellow weirdos. π By the way – I LOVE the family picture of you on the sidebar. One very happy family!

Thank you! We did a photoshoot on our vacation this summer. We did a pile up picture a few years ago and the kids insisted we do it again this year. I’m not sure if we’ll ever be able to do it again – everyone is getting so big and we were all dying – except for Sam on top – flying!
That quote is my marriage to a tee! My daughter loves quotes, and I just shared this with her – two thumbs up for Josh!

I’ve seen that before and it’s a personal favorite, because I think it’s so very true.
